BIOGRAPHICAL NOTES
Noah Bendix-Balgley has appeared as a soloist with a
number of orchestras. He is a member of the Athlos
Quartet, which won a special prize at the 2009 Felix
Mendelssohn-Bartholdy Competition. In 2008, he was the
concertmaster of the Moritzburg Festival Orchestra, and
he has been a member of the Weinberger Chamber Orchestra
since 2007. He plays a Nicolas Lupot violin (Paris,
1810) on loan
from the Deutsche Stiftung Musikleben.
