Preliminary Jury
Three selection committees choose the quarter finalists after
conducting a blind audition of recordings submitted by the
candidates. Each candidate must submit a high quality sound
recording, which must be unedited.
International Jury
The jury for the quarter final, semi-final, and final rounds is
composed of members selected from among the most eminent,
internationally renowned figures on the music scene. Entrusted
to select and reward the most deserving singers, the panel of
judges has complete discretion in making its selection and
awarding Competition prizes. The decisions of the jury are
final.
