Ye-Eun CHOI

Ye-Eun Choi began studying violin at the age of six with Nam-Yun Kim, and is now a student of Ana Chumachenco in Munich. In 2000 she won first prize at the Seoul Baroque Chamber Orchestra Competition, second prize
at the Tchaikovsky International Competition for Young Musicians in 2002, and second prize at the Leopold-Mozart International Competition in 2003. She has given numerous recitals and performed at various European festivals,
including at the Rheingau Music Festival in Germany, the Asiago Festival in Italy and the Verbier Festival & Academy in Switzerland. Ye-Eun Choi has also performed as a guest
soloist with the Kuhmo Chamber Orchestra in Finland, the Seoul Philharmonic Orchestra and the Xiamen Philharmonic Orchestra.
