27 young pianists will take part in the 19th edition of the CMIM. Get to know these exceptional musicians today!

Chosen from 229 candidates auditioned by a preliminary jury, these 27 young artists are among the rising elite of the piano world. They are already the major talents of tomorrow.
 
Ranging in age from 21 to 30, from 11 different countries (Canada, China, France, Italy, Japan, Poland, Romania, Russia, South Korea, United States and Uzbekistan), they are ready to immerse themselves in the CMIM adventure.

 

Competitors 2021

For this 19th edition, the CMIM has brought a vast organization into play, allowing the competitors to be recorded in their current countries of residence. The Concours musical international de Montréal has never been so international! In a great cross-border endeavour, the CMIM is taking these talents on a journey all the way from their homes to ours. From April 26 to May 14, 2021, the Competition will be running a completely virtual edition, putting virtuosity and emotion in the spotlight.
