Welcome From May 27 to June 4, 2026, Montreal\u00a0resonates with the sounds\u00a0of the violin\u00a0for\u00a0the\u00a0<\/span>Concours musical international de Montr\u00e9al<\/span><\/b>. At the heart of\u00a0an\u00a0international\u00a0<\/span>rendez-vous<\/span><\/i>\u00a0celebrating excellence\u00a0and\u00a0discovery,\u00a0the 2026 edition of the\u00a0Concours\u00a0brings\u00a0together\u00a0the\u00a0new generation of exceptional artists from 18 countries.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n True to its mission, the Concours is much more than a competition. It is a meeting place of exchange and discovery for artists, jury members, teachers, and the public. Through the competition and its complementary events \u2014 like <\/span>Mini\u00a0Violini\u00a0<\/span><\/i>and\u00a0<\/span>The Concours On the Road <\/span><\/i>\u2014 we aim to create memorable, accessible, and deeply human moments that bring music to everyone, and, above all, bring us all closer together through music.\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n We would like to salute the remarkable commitment of the competitors, whose\u00a0accomplishments testify to their extraordinary artistry, dedication,\u00a0and passion.
