Committees of the Concours
The Committees of the Concours
The committees of the Concours musical international de Montréal and the Concours musical international de Montréal Foundation are at the heart of the organisation’s good governance. They offer targeted expertise that encourages the active participation of board members and certain qualified guests. CMIM committees contribute to informed and collective decision-making.
The committees of the Concours play a crucial role in the strategic direction of the organization and in determining its activities. By encouraging this involvement and distributing responsibilities among various committees, the Concours not only strengthens its ability to achieve its objectives and mission, but also ensures that it meets the needs of its stakeholders.
